Job Title: Technical Support Manager

A leading IT and Cybersecurity company in the NYC Metropolitan Area is seeking a Helpdesk Manager to join their team.



The successful candidate will have 5+ years of experience in Technology Support and 2+ years in a managerial role. As the Helpdesk Manager, you will be responsible for mentoring junior members of the team.



Required Skills & Experience:




  • Strong knowledge in O365 administration
  • An expert knowledge in Windows desktop and server operating systems
  • Experience and strong technical knowledge in networking, virtualization, and cloud technologies


Desired Skills & Experience:




  • Previously working at a Managed Service provider
  • Experience as a technical manager


What You Will Be Doing:




  • Manage 10+ support desk engineers
  • Work closely with clients to ensure satisfaction and address any escalations
