We are retained by a leading global building products manufacturer, a $300M market leader in their product category. They are constantly innovating new product lines and have access to 240 service partners worldwide. The company is seeking a Technical Support Manager to oversee their warranty and technical support workflows, as well as a team of six direct reports. The ideal candidate will have experience in the commercial HVAC space and a natural sense of urgency to help customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage warranty and technical support flows to ensure seamless customer experiences.
  • Handle field training, warranty, and delivery issues that require coordination between field and factory teams.
  • Support the drive for increased growth while sustaining high levels of customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in building and managing after-sales support teams and infrastructure.
  • Strong technical knowledge of products and systems in the HVAC industry.
  • Ability to read construction drawings, layouts, and electrical, hydraulic schematics.
