Key Responsibilities

  • Provide concierge-level customer service to patients, referring offices, and team members through various communication channels.
  • Update and maintain accurate patient insurance information.
  • Ensure efficient use of doctor's time by effectively managing their schedule.
  • Collaborate with the clinical team to deliver excellent patient experiences.
  • Prioritize tasks according to patient schedules and meet deadlines.
  • Collect payments from patients in a professional and effective manner.
  • Communicate treatment options and associated costs to patients clearly and effectively.
  • Maintain confidentiality of all patient information in accordance with HIPAA guidelines.

Requirements

  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • A minimum of one year of customer service experience is necessary.
  • Medical or dental experience is preferred but not mandatory.
