Job Description

At World of Good Brands, we are seeking an experienced Associate Account Manager to join our team. As an Associate Account Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing partnerships with advertisers across our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop full-scale media plans that meet predefined KPIs
  • Manage budgeting, costs, and margins of each media plan/RFP and campaign
  • Collaborate with team members across the Brand Partnerships organization as media plans are developed and revised
  • Manage and execute select partnerships, including running internal and external kickoff calls, asset management, and quickly solving campaign issues and discrepancies
  • Ensure accurate implementation and maintenance of plans and monitor delivery and performance to ensure consistent pacing and success

Requirements:

  • 1+ years of relevant media planning or account management experience
  • General understanding of digital media, social media, and the overall digital landscape
  • Knowledge of digital pricing models (CPM, CPC, CPV, etc.) and when to leverage each
  • Proficiency in MS Office, specifically Excel
  • Strong project management, planning, and organizational skills
  • Ability to communicate comfortably in a professional setting, including in group meetings and via video calls, phone, and email with team members across the country
  • The ability to meet deadlines and handle multiple tasks concurrently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude
  • Excellent interpersonal skills

Compensation:

The starting base pay for this role is $60,000. The actual base pay is dependent upon many factors, such as training, transferable skills, work experience, business needs, and market demands. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future. This role may also be eligible for bonus, benefits, and other perks.
