POSITION OVERVIEW
The Inspire Territory Manager will spearhead commercialization efforts for OSA therapy within the designated sales region. Key performance indicators will encompass achieving sales targets and enhancing therapy awareness. The role involves identifying new potential accounts within the assigned territory.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop a comprehensive understanding of OSA technology, including device implantation and follow-up procedures.
- Drive growth in implant procedures to meet sales objectives through effective account activation and patient management.
- Coordinate commercial site evaluations, selection, and development processes.
- Meet and exceed assigned sales quotas.
- Ensure commercial centers adhere to patient selection protocols, implantation techniques, and effective therapy methods.
- Facilitate local payer education and development initiatives.
- Collaborate closely with marketing and sales operations teams to enhance outreach programs targeting both organic and direct-to-patient channels.
QUALIFICATIONS
Required:
- Bachelor's degree.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in medical device sales within hospital or specialty clinic settings.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including PowerPoint and Excel.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing deadlines.
- Willingness to travel within the territory, including overnight stays as necessary.
Preferred:
- Experience in assisting with the implantation and follow-up of implantable devices.
- Background in market development and therapy awareness within the healthcare sector.
- Experience with product launches and account management.
