Foundation Health Partners is seeking a highly skilled Family Medicine Physician to join our team at Tanana Valley Clinic in Fairbanks, Alaska. As a Family Medicine Physician with our organization, you will have the opportunity to provide high-quality patient care in a dynamic and supportive environment.
About the OpportunityWe are a 14-provider family medicine clinic that is part of a larger health system with a rich 60-year history of dedicated service to the Fairbanks community. Our comprehensive expertise spans the entire spectrum of healthcare, from newborn care to end-of-life issues and everything in between.
- Compensation: $300k first year guarantee, average annual total compensation with base pay and production between $350k-$400k, $65k sign-on bonus, and eligible for an annual $10k physician incentive quality metric bonus.
- Schedule: 32 patient hours and 8 admin hours per week, 7 weeks ATO and 2 weeks for CME.
- Patient Panel: Diverse acuities and populations, 18 patients per day.
- Team: Our clinic is comprised of physicians, APPs, RNs, MAs, pharmacist, virtual scribes, and a comprehensive administrative support staff.
