The OpportunityWe're seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Family Medicine Physician to join our team at Tanana Valley Clinic, a 14-provider clinic that's an integral part of a longstanding health system with a rich 60-year history of serving the Fairbanks community.
Our comprehensive expertise spans the entire spectrum of healthcare, from newborn care to end-of-life issues, and everything in between. Compensation and BenefitsWe offer a competitive compensation package, including a $300k first-year guarantee, average annual total compensation of $350k-$400k, and a $65k sign-on bonus. You'll also be eligible for an annual $10k physician incentive quality metric bonus.
Our schedule includes 32 patient hours and 8 admin hours per week, with 7 weeks of annual time off and 2 weeks for CME. You'll have a diverse patient panel with 18 patients per day, and our team includes physicians, APPs, RNs, MAs, pharmacists, virtual scribes, and a comprehensive administrative support staff.

QualificationsTo be considered for this opportunity, you'll need to apply for and maintain Medical Staff membership and clinical privileges at appropriate facilities, if required by your employment agreement.
