Foundation Health Partners is seeking a highly skilled Family Medicine Physician to join our team at Tanana Valley Clinic, the largest and most comprehensive locally owned clinic in Alaska. Our clinic is comprised of a diverse team of healthcare professionals, including physicians, APPs, RNs, MAs, pharmacists, and virtual scribes.
The Opportunity:
We offer a comprehensive range of benefits, including a competitive base salary, scalable income opportunities, and a comprehensive benefits package. You'll also have the opportunity to collaborate with the state's most extensive multidisciplinary health system and access Mayo Clinic resources through our partnership with the Mayo Clinic Care Network.
- Compensation: $300k first year guarantee, with average annual total compensation ranging from $350k-$400k. Eligible for an annual $10k physician incentive quality metric bonus.
- Schedule: 32 patient hours and 8 admin hours per week, with 7 weeks of administrative time off and 2 weeks for CME.
- Patient Panel: Diverse acuities and populations, with 18 patients per day.
- Team: Our clinic is comprised of a diverse team of healthcare professionals, including physicians, APPs, RNs, MAs, pharmacists, and virtual scribes.
