Foundation Health Partners is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Physician Assistant to join our Outpatient Family Medicine Team in Fairbanks, Alaska.
About the OpportunityWe are a 14-provider family medicine clinic, proud members of a long-established health system that has served the Fairbanks community for over 60 years. Our expertise covers the entire lifespan, from newborn care to geriatric issues. As part of a rural health system, our healthcare professionals have the chance to take on a more hands-on role in managing patient care, providing a unique opportunity to develop a well-rounded skill set and gain valuable experience across a broad spectrum of healthcare scenarios.
Key Highlights- Compensation: Starting at a base of $147,112, compensation can be further adjusted based on experience. Additional opportunity to increase earnings through productivity. $40k sign-on bonus.
- Schedule: M-F 40 hours per week. 7 weeks ATO and 2 weeks for CME.
- Team: This will be an opportunity to manage patients independently with physician oversight as needed for support.

QualificationsWe are seeking a Physician Assistant who:
- Must be approved to practice by the State Joint Board on the Regulation of Physician's Assistants.
- NCCPA certification required.
- Exhibits an exemplary professional demeanor and interpersonal relationship skills.
- Demonstrates proficiency in computer applications and database management.
- Must have sufficient experience, confidence, and judgment to function with little outside direction.
- Ability to maintain CME currency as required to maintain NCCPA certification.
- Requires personal DEA license.
Preferred qualifications include advanced degree, experience in clinical setting, and certifications in ACLS, PALS, ATLS, and/or Neonatal Resuscitation.
