Job Overview

SnugZ USA is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Professional to join our team as a Regional Sales Representative. This role will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive revenue growth in the Florida and Puerto Rico territories.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales plans to achieve territory goals.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, identifying opportunities to increase sales and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Represent SnugZ USA at promotional products trade shows within the territory, showcasing our products and services to potential customers.
  • Manage and analyze sales data, using sales reports and product information to inform sales strategies.
  • Collaborate with the Outside Sales Manager to create and implement sales strategies, measuring their effectiveness and making adjustments as needed.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Sales, Marketing, Communications, or Business preferred.
  • 2+ years of experience in sales and/or marketing, with a strong background in consultative selling.
  • Proficient in CRM software, Syteline, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • High level of adaptability, with a strong ability to learn and adapt to new products, services, and sales strategies.
