Home Health RN/LPN Role

Aveanna is seeking skilled and compassionate Home Health RNs/LPNs to join our dynamic team. As a home health nurse with Aveanna, you will have the opportunity to provide personalized care to patients in the comfort of their own homes.
About the Position:
- Deliver high-quality patient care in a home setting, promoting independence and well-being.
- Collaborate with our healthcare team to coordinate care and ensure seamless transitions.
- Administer medications, treatments, and therapies as prescribed by physicians.
- Document patient progress and outcomes in our electronic system.
Requirements:
- Minimum six months of hands-on nursing experience preferred but not required.
- Active license to practice nursing in the state where you will be working.
- Current CPR certification from American Red Cross or American Heart Association.
- Ability to pass a TB skin test and maintain current certification.
