Your Role as a Recruiter

In this position, you will play a crucial role in connecting candidates with suitable job opportunities. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Identifying qualified candidates using various recruitment and sourcing methods
  • Conducting screenings and interviews for potential candidates
  • Collaborating with your Account Manager to pinpoint key accounts, essential skill sets, and market segments
  • Establishing and nurturing relationships with industry contacts to enhance knowledge and generate referrals and sales leads
  • Engaging in various customer service activities
  • Contributing to community initiatives through volunteering and partnerships with philanthropic organizations

Compensation and Benefits

Aerotek offers a starting salary of $50,000, with unlimited earning potential through commissions following the training period. After one year of service, your base salary will increase to $60,000. Additional benefits include:
