Job Description

As a key member of our team, the Engagement Manager II will play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving business growth. This role requires a unique blend of project management, account management, and customer relationship skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and expectations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and capitalize on business opportunities.
  • Develop and implement project plans, ensuring alignment with customer objectives and TEKsystems' goals.
  • Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and mitigating risks and issues.
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience in project management, account management, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to customer satisfaction.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Knowledge of project management methodologies, such as Agile or Waterfall.
