About the Position: The Whitacre College of Engineering (WCOE) at Texas Tech University is seeking an experienced Administrative Support Coordinator to join our team. This role will provide critical support to the Senior Associate Dean and Associate Dean for Research & Graduate Programs, as well as other senior leaders within the college.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative assistance to senior leaders, including coordinating schedules, arranging meetings and travel, and processing paperwork
  • Manage the daily operations of the Dean's office, including reception duties, mail sorting, and supply ordering
  • Coordinate student orientation and events, as well as graduate scholarship administration
  • Assist with faculty affairs, including tenure and promotion processes, and coordinate award packages

Requirements:

  • 5 years of experience in an administrative support role
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities

Estimated Salary: $45,000 - $60,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications.
