  • Provide assistance to law enforcement, fire, and medical personnel
Requirements:
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills
  • Self-motivated with a positive and professional attitude
  • Organized and able to work in a busy environment
  • Valid Driver License with a clean Motor Vehicle Record
  • Reliable and able to work flexible hours
Preferred Requirements:
  • 1-3 years of related experience and/or training
  • Ability to operate vehicles, including 4WD equipped vehicles
  • Ability to use computers and learn software related to alarm monitoring
  • CPR/First Aid and AED certified
Physical Demands and Work Environment:
  • Position is in a busy private golf residential community
  • Flexibility in schedule
  • Ability to lift up to 25lbs regularly and up to 50lbs occasionally
  • Exposed to outside weather conditions, including low temperatures

Wage and Schedule:

Starting hourly wage is $19.10 and will go to $20.10 after successful completion of introductory period.
