Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Radiology Application Specialist to join our team at South Central Health System. As a key member of our Radiology department, you will be responsible for providing technical support and expertise for our radiology applications within the electronic health record.

Key Responsibilities:
Provide primary support for radiology applications, ensuring seamless integration with other clinical applications and information systems.
Collaborate with Epic Systems staff to resolve technical issues and implement requested changes to the system.
Serve as a liaison between end users and Epic Systems staff, ensuring that the system meets the organization's business needs.
Participate in training and troubleshooting, and review project status with leadership.
Develop and maintain a deep understanding of operational needs to drive workflow design and system analysis.
Communicate effectively with project leadership and subject matter experts to ensure accurate and timely completion of tasks.
Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability in response to changing end-user business needs.
Possess a strong ability to learn new software and systems, and to persevere in difficult situations.
Maintain regular communication with Epic Systems representatives and organization stakeholders.
Requirements:
Registered Radiologic Technologist (RRT) certification, required.
Two years of radiology experience, required.
Ability to attain assigned Epic Systems certifications within 90 days of employment.
