Asset Management Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Asset Management Specialist. This role will be responsible for overseeing the overall asset management, corrective repairs, and preventive maintenance planning and scheduling for our facilities.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement asset management strategies to optimize equipment performance and reduce downtime
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize maintenance needs
- Manage and maintain accurate records of equipment maintenance and repairs
- Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies to ensure a safe working environment
- Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and regulatory requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in facility operations and repair, with a focus on planning, scheduling, and execution of maintenance programs
- Experience with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS)
- Current Washington State Driver's license and a driving record acceptable to Risk Management
- Construction planning and oversight experience
- Proven experience and knowledge of project management skills, tools, and methodologies
- Experience leading committees, projects, and activities
- Experience with clinical and hospital applications and/or systems
- Experience supporting Contact Center customer-facing applications and internal user requirements
