We are seeking a Clinical Team Lead to join our Nursing Department at Lee Health. This is a full-time position that will work 10 hour shifts, Friday to Monday.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and supervise departmental activities as an active member of the interdisciplinary team.
  • Facilitate patient scheduling based on clinical need and expedite patient flow within the department.
  • Ensure effective communication with administration, patients, physician offices, and staff.
  • Allocate resources to promote efficient, effective, and compassionate patient care.
  • Monitor and audit compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Assist with manager responsibilities on weekends.
  • Participate in committees, task forces, and activities as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Baccalaureate degree in Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Speech Language Pathology, or Nursing required.
  • 5 years of clinical experience preferred.
  • BLS certification required.
  • State of Florida licensure required in Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Speech Language Pathology, or RN.
  • Valid Florida driver's license within 30 days of employment required.
