Job Summary

Goodwill Industries of Southwest Florida is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Retail Sales Team Lead to join our team. As a key member of our store operations team, you will be responsible for achieving revenue, expense, and profit objectives, as well as training staff to meet production goals and customer service expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the management team in achieving revenue, expense, and profit objectives
  • Train staff to meet production goals and customer service expectations
  • Supervise and train staff in production, merchandising, checkout, and customer service
  • Ensure adherence to all company policies and procedures

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • One year of retail sales experience preferred
  • Ability to learn point of sale and donation systems, office computer, and telephone
  • Strong customer service and leadership skills
