Assembly Production Coordinator

About the RoleThis position requires a highly organized and detail-oriented individual who can effectively coordinate and manage the assembly of complex components. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement process improvements, ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities- Plan and coordinate the assembly of transportation components, including frames, axles, powertrains, cabs, electrical systems, hydraulic systems, and air systems.
- Collaborate with production teams to ensure timely completion of projects and meet customer demands.
- Identify and implement process improvements, resulting in increased efficiency, reduced costs, and enhanced quality.
- Maintain accurate records and reports, providing regular updates to stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with internal and external partners.
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in industrial manufacturing, production planning, or logistics.
- Proven track record of improving efficiency, reducing costs, and enhancing quality.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Able to work effectively in a team environment and adapt to changing priorities.
We offer a competitive salary range of $65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, we also provide:
