Key Responsibilities and QualificationsThe Special Procedures Technologist is an integral member of the interventional pain management team. Key responsibilities include:
- Assisting in patient care during procedures.
- Supporting the physician in maintaining a sterile environment.
- Providing high-quality imaging for fluoroscopic procedures.
- Adhering to ALARA principles to ensure safety for patients and staff.
- Delivering compassionate care and maintaining a tidy work area.
- Participating in post-operative care and managing inventory.
Qualifications:
- ARRT Registered in Radiography.
- BLS Certification.
- Preferred five years of experience.
- Experience in Special Procedures or Surgical settings is a plus.
- C-Arm experience is essential.
