Key Responsibilities:
• Achieving a set of ambitious corporate-level business targets.

• Gaining in-depth insights into the market, use cases, partnership potential, and required business outcomes in Circle's target markets.
• Crafting deal structures, negotiating terms to ensure mutual benefit with major partners, and managing the complete deal lifecycle.
• Building and nurturing strong executive relationships with key decision-makers in large partner organizations.
• Working closely with cross-functional teams throughout the deal process.
• Ensuring clear and effective communication in both written and verbal forms, including documentation sharing, feedback solicitation, and maintaining deal integrity in sales tools.

• Over 15 years of experience in Strategic Business Development.

• Excellent territory and pipeline management skills, with the ability to prioritize across a wide range of initiatives to drive business growth.
• Demonstrated capability to collaborate with technical teams and contribute meaningfully to solution development for innovative partner engagements.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in Spanish is a significant advantage.
