Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Cashier/Customer Service Associate to join our team at Sportsman's Warehouse. As a key member of our sales floor team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, processing sales transactions, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide outstanding customer service by greeting customers, answering questions, and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently, handling cash, credit card, and other payment methods.
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the sales floor, checkout areas, and stockroom.
  • Assist customers with finding products, answering questions, and providing recommendations.
  • Count and reconcile cash drawers at the beginning and end of shifts.
  • Perform other tasks as assigned by management, including assisting in other departments and participating in visual merchandising efforts.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous cashier or customer service experience preferred.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
  • Physical ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 25 pounds, and bend/reach as needed.
