Key Responsibilities

As an Assistant Project Manager, you will:

  • Support project management activities, ensuring timely completion of tasks and adherence to budgets.
  • Oversee engineering designers, providing guidance on daily assignments and conducting quality control reviews.
  • Engage with clients and public agencies, fostering strong working relationships and effective communication.
  • Prepare and process essential documentation, including contracts, fee proposals, and scopes of work.
  • Conduct preliminary engineering design studies, considering land use, zoning, and regulatory factors.
  • Manage the preparation of subdivision maps and public improvement plans for various development projects.
Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (BSCE) and a minimum of four years of relevant experience in land development.
  • Proven ability to make independent decisions and demonstrate effective management skills.
  • Experience in supervising engineering teams and managing project schedules and budgets.
  • Strong technical background in engineering design and project management.
