Role Overview:
As the Vice President of Regional Operations, you will play a pivotal role in leading our team to achieve outstanding results while fostering a culture of growth and development. Key Responsibilities:

  • Integrity and Commitment: Ensure that all team members uphold the highest standards of integrity in alignment with our core values. Drive the execution of initiatives that enhance customer service and support.
  • Leadership and Stewardship: Guide the organization towards success across all business facets, including parts, service, and sales. Collaborate with key personnel to implement strategies that guarantee high-quality outcomes and customer satisfaction.
  • Talent Development: Work closely with Human Resources to attract, mentor, and retain exceptional managers who can deliver outstanding service while aligning with company objectives.
  • Relationship Management: Foster effective communication and manage relationships with employees, customers, suppliers, and vendors, creating an environment of collaboration and engagement.
  • Innovation and Improvement: Continuously seek opportunities to enhance processes and customer relations, taking calculated risks that lead to significant results.
  • Adaptability: Be prepared to adjust to the evolving needs of the organization and take on additional responsibilities as necessary.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • A minimum of five years of experience in leading multi-location operations, preferably in the commercial vehicle sector.
  • Proven ability to coach and motivate teams to achieve set objectives.
  • Strong analytical and decision-making skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Advanced proficiency in computer applications.
