Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide weekly reports to clients on the status of their listings to ensure high customer satisfaction and referrals.
  • Prospect pre-qualified leads to convert them into new business and schedule listing appointments.
  • Complete real estate listing paperwork, create new MLS listings, and implement a marketing plan for new listings to ensure accurate information and quick sales.
  • Lead generation and follow-up, database campaigns, and sales talk mastery.
  • Set and close listing appointments, and close sales.

Requirements:

  • Familiarity with customer databases and ability to use or quickly learn Real Estate specific CRM and marketing/lead technologies.
  • Strong knowledge of the real estate industry and ability to conduct market research.
  • Team player with a strong work ethic and a focus on team success.
  • A real estate license is required.
  • Good communication skills and a commission opportunity.
  • Sales experience and ability to live within daily driving distance of the office.
