We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Real Estate Sales Listing Specialist to join our team at KW Larchmont. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for maximizing earning potential and driving commission income growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide weekly reports to clients on the status of their listings to ensure high customer satisfaction and referrals.
- Prospect pre-qualified leads to convert them into new business and schedule listing appointments.
- Complete real estate listing paperwork, create new MLS listings, and implement a marketing plan for new listings to ensure accurate information and quick sales.
- Lead generation and follow-up, database campaigns, and sales talk mastery.
- Set and close listing appointments, and close sales.
Requirements:
- Familiarity with customer databases and ability to use or quickly learn Real Estate specific CRM and marketing/lead technologies.
- Strong knowledge of the real estate industry and ability to conduct market research.
- Team player with a strong work ethic and a focus on team success.
- A real estate license is required.
- Good communication skills and a commission opportunity.
- Sales experience and ability to live within daily driving distance of the office.
