As a Roofing Service Specialist, you will collaborate closely with the Project Manager to identify and resolve roofing issues, install both residential and commercial roofing systems, and service skylight products in line with manufacturer guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Repair both residential and commercial roofing systems according to manufacturer specifications and safety standards, ensuring high-quality workmanship.
  • Install roofing systems for residential and commercial properties while adhering to manufacturer and warranty specifications, prioritizing safety and craftsmanship.
  • Install Skylights and Sun Tunnels following manufacturer guidelines and safety protocols, ensuring quality installation.
  • Perform essential roofing tasks, including heavy lifting (up to 50 lbs.), bending, kneeling, and climbing ladders or scaffolding.
  • Communicate effectively (both written and verbal) to build rapport with clients and address their needs.
  • Engage with homeowners to identify, document, and advise on roofing system deficiencies.
  • Conduct thorough inspections and provide detailed scopes of work for potential repairs or replacements.
  • Prepare material and labor cost estimates and procure necessary parts and materials.
  • Unload materials and ensure job sites are clean and organized upon completion.
  • Meet or exceed weekly performance targets.
Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in roofing and proficiency with power tools.
  • Willingness to travel; must possess a valid driver's license.
  • Physically capable of managing all aspects of roofing repairs.
  • Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and safety standards.
  • Ability to assess project scope and accurately estimate materials and costs.
  • Basic mathematical skills for calculations.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Experience with tablets and Apple iPads (iPadOS).
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Roofing installation certification is a plus.
  • Self-motivated, reliable, and a team player.
