Master Roofers Inc Job Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Roofer to join our team at Master Roofers Inc. in Manchester. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for installing and replacing residential and commercial roofs, ensuring high-quality craftsmanship and adhering to manufacturer specifications and safety requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Install and repair various types of roofing materials, including shingles, modified bitumen, metal, foams, slate, tiles, and more.
  • Clean roof surfaces and gutters of debris, including pressure washing roofs.
  • Perform essential roofing job activities, such as heavy lifting, twisting, bending, and climbing ladders and/or scaffolding.
  • Communicate effectively with customers to identify, locate, document, and advise on roof system deficiencies and issues.
  • Conduct inspections and provide a complete scope of work for potential repairs and/or replacements.
  • Prepare material and time cost estimates and order parts and materials.
  • Unload materials and clean the roof and job site after completion.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • At least 4 years of roofing experience.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of roofing processes and techniques.
  • Ability to travel and possess a valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Knowledge of building codes, laws, and regulations.
  • Excellent physical fitness and ability to work outside for extended periods.
  • Attention to detail and ability to work as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with tablets, Apple iPads, and Microsoft Office.
  • Roofing installation certification preferred.
