Job Title: Field Service Technician

We are seeking a skilled Field Service Technician to join our team at Master Roofers, a leading roofing company in Manchester, NH. As a Field Service Technician, you will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing roof leaks, installing residential and commercial roofing systems, and installing and servicing skylight products.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Repair and install roofing systems in accordance with manufacturer specifications and safety requirements.
  • Install residential and commercial roofing systems, including asphalt shingles, metal, slate, modified bitumen, EPDM, TPO, and PVC.
  • Install skylights and sun tunnels in accordance with manufacturer specifications and safety protocols.
  • Perform essential roofing job activities, including heavy lifting, twisting, bending, and climbing ladders and scaffolding.
  • Communicate effectively with customers to identify and document roof system deficiencies and issues.
  • Prepare material and time cost estimates and order parts and materials.
  • Unload materials and clean the roof and job site after completion.
Requirements:
  • At least 2 years of experience working on roofs and handling power tools.
  • Ability to travel and possess a valid driver's license.
  • Physical ability to handle all aspects of roof repairs.
  • Familiarity with building codes, laws, and regulations.
  • Ability to quickly define the scope of the project and estimate materials and costs.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office and tablets.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Roofing installation certification preferred.
