Job Title: Field Service Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Field Service Specialist to join our team at Waters Corporation. As a Field Service Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical expertise on our innovative product suite, including DSC, TGA, SDT, TMA, and DMA, to multiple customer laboratories across various industries.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide customer service, training, and troubleshooting support for our scientific instrumentation.
  • Repair, install, and calibrate instruments for optimal performance.
  • Prepare reports, logs, and documentation of service and repair activities.
  • Establish and maintain prompt professional communications with customers and internal resources.
  • Provide information to customers regarding service products and offerings.
Qualifications:
  • Associates Degree in Chemistry, Engineering, Biology, or other science-related field.
  • 2+ years of experience with installation, performance maintenance, troubleshooting, support, and/or end-user utilization of scientific instrumentation.
  • Ability to perform effective system-level troubleshooting.

Travel Requirements:
  • A clean driving license and a valid passport are required.
  • This is a territory-based position with traveling within your designated territory, and occasional overnight travel may be required.
