Campus Operations Supervisor - Devereux Advanced Behavioral Health
Our Campus Operations Supervisor role provides an excellent opportunity to demonstrate your leadership and communication abilities while collaborating with a team of dedicated human service professionals.

Key Responsibilities:
As the primary coordinator during non-business hours, you will oversee daily operations, ensuring effective resource management and communication, including on-call notifications and consultations. You will proactively manage the safe functioning of the campus and address immediate concerns as they arise.

In this position, you will:
  • Coordinate staffing for residential and group home settings to optimize staff utilization.
  • Ensure that staff may need to remain on shift to uphold safety and maintain regulated staff-to-youth ratios.
  • Facilitate staff transfers between units/programs to meet staffing requirements.
  • Oversee housekeeping tasks as assigned to maintain a clean and safe environment.
  • Secure and maintain a valid Driver's License for transportation needs.
  • Drive and transport youth as necessary, using personal vehicles in group home settings.
  • Perform additional duties, special assignments, and projects as requested.

Qualifications:
To be considered for this role, candidates must meet the following criteria:
  • Must be at least 21 years of age.
  • Possess an active driver's license.
  • High School diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree in Human Services, Psychology, Social Work, or Special Education preferred.
  • A minimum of three years of relevant experience is required, with supervisory experience preferred.

Schedule:
Applicants must be available for a comprehensive orientation program, which includes a two-week paid training period. Following orientation, the schedule will be as follows:
Sun - Wed 12pm - 10am; days off Thurs - Sat.
