Key Responsibilities

Some of the key responsibilities of this role include:


  • Maintaining a high standard of excellence in cleaning and quality control
  • Scheduling and managing a team of janitorial staff to ensure timely and efficient completion of tasks
  • Overseeing operations, including quality control, labor pool management, and employee training
  • Managing time sheets, supplies, and payroll for assigned accounts
  • Assisting with HR duties, including application distribution, hiring compliance, and injury reporting
  • Providing necessary supplies and tools for each jobsite
  • Conducting building inspections after normal business hours
  • Completing floor care and assisting floor technicians as needed

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:


  • 3 years of janitorial experience, with bilingual Spanish skills
  • A strong work ethic and ability to learn and adapt
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work irregular hours, including evenings and nights
