As a Night Auditor, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our financial records, while also providing exceptional guest service and creating a memorable experience for our guests.

About the Role:
  • Accurately and efficiently process financial transactions, including room charges, payments, and credits.
  • Conduct thorough audits of financial records to ensure accuracy and identify any discrepancies.
  • Provide exceptional guest service, responding to guest inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences and resolve any issues that may arise.
  • Stay up-to-date on hotel policies and procedures, as well as industry trends and best practices.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the hospitality industry.
  • Professional proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
  • Ability to work varying shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Valid driver's license and successful completion of Motor Vehicle Report.
