**Job Summary**

At Spire Hospitality, we are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Night Auditor to join our team. As a key member of our overnight operations, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless next-day operations, delivering exceptional service, and maintaining accurate financial records.

**Responsibilities**

  • Deliver unparalleled service to guests by responding promptly and effectively to their queries and requests.
  • Prepare daily Food & Beverage revenue reports and create and balance PMS reports for revenue and settlement accounts.
  • Make corrections and adjustments via the PMS and handle all computer problems that may occur throughout the shift.
  • Enter revenue, expenses, and allowances into the computer system to generate daily reports.
  • Conduct check-ins, check-outs, and answer phone calls with professionalism and courtesy.
  • Resolve guest concerns with attentive service recovery.

**Requirements**

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 1-year experience as a Guest Services Agent.
  • Knowledge of accounting operations, including accounts receivable, accounts payable, and server service fees.
  • Basic mathematical skills to prepare financial reporting.
  • Full understanding and comfort working on a computer with MS Suite-Outlook, Word, Excel.
  • CPR/First Aid Certification.
