Position Overview: The Harris For President campaign is seeking a motivated, strategic, and innovative professional to take on the role of Senior Video Production Manager. This position entails overseeing a team of producers and editors dedicated to crafting video content that bolsters our grassroots fundraising initiatives across various digital and social media platforms. Additionally, the role includes direct involvement in a segment of our video production activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and produce performance-driven media advertisements for distribution across digital and social channels that engage donors and motivate voters.
- Collaborate closely with research, email, and fundraising teams to implement optimizations that ensure fundraising objectives are met.
- Explore innovative methods to effectively reach and mobilize our supporters online, weaving a coherent narrative through video.
- Partner with our grassroots fundraising team to execute advertising programs.
- Work efficiently under tight deadlines to produce impactful video content.
- Establish best practices and oversee the assignments and workflow of other producers.
- Perform additional duties as required.
Preferred Skills & Qualifications:
- Minimum of 4 years of experience as a proficient video producer in direct response, performance media, and grassroots fundraising within digital and social platforms, ideally in a political campaign, advocacy organization, or non-profit.
- Proven experience in managing focused teams of producers.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with quick turnaround times.
- Analytical mindset with a track record of making data-informed decisions regularly.
- Adaptable and flexible in high-pressure situations.
- Strong comprehension of the digital fundraising landscape, including best practices, success benchmarks, and emerging trends.
- Willingness to relocate as necessary.
Compensation: The salary range for this position is $90,000 - $110,000 annually.
