Intensive Care Unit Nurse Specialist

We are seeking a skilled RN - ER to join our team at Lake Granbury Medical Center, where you will have the opportunity to provide high-quality patient care in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent clinical skills, strong communication abilities, and a passion for delivering exceptional patient outcomes. As an RN - ER, you will be responsible for assessing patients' conditions, developing and implementing individualized care plans, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care transitions.
In this role, you will work closely with our experienced medical team to provide evidence-based care, manage complex patient cases, and promote a culture of safety and quality. Your expertise and dedication will play a vital role in helping us achieve our mission of delivering compassionate and patient-centered care.
This is a 13-week contract position with a competitive estimated salary range of $58,850 - $73,250 per year, based on industry standards and location. The shift details include 12-hour nights with 36 scheduled hours per week.
