Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing direct resident care duties and assisting in maintaining a positive physical and psychosocial environment for our residents. This includes assisting residents with activities of daily living, recreation programs, and eating as needed.

Responsibilities
• Assist residents with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Participate in recreation programs and assist residents with eating as needed
• Maintain a clean and safe environment for residents
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement individualized care plans

Requirements
• Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in good standing with the state or must complete state-required training and competency evaluation program within four months of employment
• Ability to relate positively to residents and families and work cooperatively with other employees
• Meet all local health regulations and successfully complete a post-offer health assessment
• Physical and sensory requirements include walking, reaching, climbing, bending, lifting, grasping, fine hand coordination, pushing and pulling, ability to hear and respond to pages, ability to read and write, ability to communicate both verbally and in writing with residents, families, personnel, vendors, and consultants, ability to remain calm under stress, ability to distinguish smells, tastes, and temperatures

Estimated Salary: $40,000 - $60,000 per year
