Job Title: Wealth Relationship Manager

Citi Global Wealth is seeking a seasoned professional to join our team as a Wealth Relationship Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for building and deepening relationships with affluent and high-net-worth clients to gain incremental wallet share.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and develop relationships with high-net-worth clients to increase wallet share.
  • Anticipate and understand clients' complex financial needs and provide holistic financial solutions.
  • Provide regular value-added engagement with clients through face-to-face meetings, consistent communication, and access to seminars.
  • Master referral opportunities to grow portfolio.
  • Proactively source, acquire, and expand high-value customer relationships.
  • Refer opportunities to segment partners where appropriate.
  • Organize client events to enhance client bonding.
  • Acquire new clients through converting referral leads.
  • Manage client follow-up and adhere to all Regulatory and Compliance operating procedures.
  • Ensure that KYC/AML and other compliance norms are strictly adhered to.
  • Partner with all roles on the branch team to ensure all clients have a positive in-branch experience.
Requirements:
  • 5-8 years of experience in financial services.
  • Strong analytical and financial skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Organized with strong attention to detail.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office and experience using financial planning software.
  • Basic understanding of investment and financial planning strategies.
  • Must be a self-starter, problem solver, and goal-oriented team player.
  • US: Current Registration for FINRA series 6, 63, and 65 are required for the role.
Education:
  • Bachelor's/University degree or equivalent experience.
