We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor to join our team at Northern Manor Multicare Center in Nanuet, NY.
Job SummaryThe successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of nursing staff, ensuring the delivery of high-quality care to our residents, and maintaining a safe and clean working environment.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage a team of nursing staff to ensure the delivery of resident care services.
- Establish a compassionate environment by providing support to residents and families.
- Provide information to residents and staff by answering questions and requests.
- Maintain a safe and clean working environment by implementing rules and regulations.
- Maintain resident confidence by monitoring confidential information processing.
- Maintain documentation of resident care services.
- Maintain a cooperative relationship among healthcare teams.
- Must hold a valid Registered Nurse (RN) license.
- Minimum 3 years of Long-Term Care experience required.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Familiarity with EHR and Eperscribing programs.
- Basic computer skills.
