Client Care Specialist

Milestone Recovery is seeking a Shelter Attendant to join our team. As a Shelter Attendant, you will be responsible for ensuring the well-being and safety of clients during their stay at the shelter.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide care and support to clients during their stay at the shelter
- Assist with daily living tasks, including meals, showering, and laundry
- Develop and implement individualized plans of care for clients
- Collaborate with other staff members to ensure seamless delivery of services
Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent required
- Prior experience in human services field preferred
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
