Job Description

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team at Republic Services. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to our residential and commercial customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Provide accurate and helpful information to customers regarding our services and processes.

  • Perform other job-related duties as required.

Requirements:

  • High School diploma or GED.
  • Six months of prior customer service experience in a high volume call center environment.
