  • Track project developments and proactively resolve any challenges or delays.
  • Maintain comprehensive project records and reporting documentation.
  • Aid in overseeing project financials and budget management.
  • Ensure adherence to safety protocols and regulations on the job site.
  • Build and maintain constructive relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members.

Qualifications:

  • 2-3 years of experience in project management or a related area within the construction sector.
  • Familiarity with ground-up multifamily construction projects is advantageous.
  • Solid understanding of construction methodologies, timelines, and financial management.
  • Proficient in project management tools and the Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word).
  • Exceptional organizational and communication abilities.
  • Capability to perform effectively under pressure and juggle multiple responsibilities.
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related discipline is preferred.
