Job Opportunity at Elite Sports Clubs

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven individual to join our Membership Services team as a Sales Representative. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in promoting club memberships and delivering exceptional service to our members.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to promote Elite Sports Clubs' memberships to prospective customers.
  • Foster strong relationships with prospects to close sales and drive customer retention.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets by achieving monthly and quarterly individual and team goals for new membership acquisition.
  • Utilize CRM systems to track progress and results, and stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in sales, preferably in a membership or subscription-based industry.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales goals.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
