Job Summary

DATAMARK (Texas) seeks an experienced Sales Director to join our team. In this individual contributor role, you will be responsible for leading our business-to-business sales efforts in the BPO industry.

Main Responsibilities

  • Lead sales activities, including planning, goal setting, and measuring growth.
  • Manage key accounts and ensure timely updates to the Salesforce CRM system.
  • Develop presentations to convince potential clients to do business with DATAMARK (Texas).
  • Collaborate with the VP of Sales & Marketing to develop and execute a business plan for increased sales growth.

Necessary Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • 10 years of experience in business-to-business sales in the BPO industry.
  • Strong leadership, vision, and direction skills.
