Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Quality Control Manager to join our team at Forgen. As a key member of our quality assurance team, you will be responsible for ensuring that our projects meet the highest standards of quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement quality assurance processes to ensure compliance with company and regulatory standards.
  • Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  • Collaborate with project managers and teams to ensure that quality standards are met and that projects are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Develop and maintain quality control procedures and protocols to ensure consistency and accuracy.
  • Provide training and guidance to team members on quality assurance procedures and protocols.
  • Monitor and report on quality metrics and performance indicators to identify areas for improvement.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in quality control or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of quality assurance principles and practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
