Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth and meet targets
Identify potential customers and proactively seek out new business opportunities
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients
Conduct sales presentations and negotiate contracts to close deals
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure excellent customer service and client satisfaction
Essential Skills:
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships
Self-motivated and results-oriented
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Proficient in using sales tools and software
5 years of direct related sales experience
10 years of experience in the transportation industry
Knowledge of LTL, FTL, Reefer and domestic shipping modes
Excellent Communication and negotiation skills
