Fulton Bank is seeking a highly skilled and bilingual Sales and Service Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our Financial Center, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and sales support to our clients.
Key Responsibilities- Assist clients with teller transactions and provide personalized service to meet their financial needs.
- Drive proactive sales and referral conversations through internal and outbound interactions, including appointment setting and effective lobby engagement.
- Advance personal knowledge of sales techniques and utilize the CRM system to foster relationship-building conversations with customers.
- Provide ongoing support to customers regarding products and services, including opening new accounts and performing customer maintenance requests.
- Manage risk by maintaining compliance with applicable regulations and Fulton policies and procedures.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- 1 or more years of customer service or sales experience.
- 6 to 12 months of cash handling experience.
