The Role

We're seeking an experienced Human Resources Business Partner to join our team. This role will be instrumental in driving talent acquisition and HR initiatives across the organization.

Main Responsibilities

  • Talent Sourcing: Recruit, interview, and hire top talent for open positions, working closely with departmental managers to understand their hiring needs.
  • Job Listings & Advertising: Create compelling job listings, post positions on relevant platforms, and maintain/update our application system.
  • Background Checks & Eligibility Verifications: Facilitate background checks and ensure employee eligibility verifications are completed accurately and efficiently.
  • New Hire Onboarding: Prepare offer letters, onboard new hires according to company standards, and provide a seamless transition into our organization.
  • HR Program Administration: Execute human resource programs, including benefits, leave, disciplinary matters, investigations, performance management, productivity, recognition, and morale initiatives.
  • Employee Inquiries & Support: Handle employment-related inquiries from applicants, employees, and supervisors, referring complex and sensitive matters to the appropriate staff.
  • Compliance & Regulatory Affairs: Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, recommending best practices and reviewing policies to ensure adherence.
  • Pipeline Strategies: Develop and implement effective pipeline strategies, including referral programs, community partnerships, job fairs, school partnerships, diversity groups, unemployment offices, local government programs, and grassroots campaigns (radio, social media, signage, etc.).
  • Candidate Management: Conduct prescreens, refer candidates to hiring managers, and follow up on applicant status.
  • Team Collaboration: Contribute to HR projects as assigned and collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve organizational goals.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Educational Background: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in Human Resources or Full Cycle Recruiting.
  • Talent Acquisition Experience: Two years of experience in talent acquisition or full cycle recruiting, with a strong focus on candidate experience and engagement.
  • Hiring Manager Support: Proven ability to partner with and support hiring managers through the full cycle hiring process for all role levels.
  • Attention to Detail & Time Management: Strong attention to detail and superb time management skills to manage multiple job requisitions simultaneously.
  • Communication & Interpersonal Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, negotiation skills, customer service, and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Independence & Self-Motivation: Ability to work independently, manage one's time, and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.

About This Opportunity
