Salary & BenefitsWe are offering a highly competitive salary for this full-time position, estimated to be around $85,000 per year, based on location and experience. Additionally, you will be eligible for:

This role reports directly to the Administrator, Executive Director, or Patient Care Manager Senior and involves primary control and professional management of each patient. Key responsibilities include acting as primary liaison between physician, patient/family and hospice team, providing direct patient care services, empowering patient's caregivers through education, managing and collaborating with an interdisciplinary group, evaluating patient and family needs, maintaining all assigned patient clinical records, participating in company quality assessment and performance improvement programs, and ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
Required Skills & QualificationsTo be successful in this role, you should possess:
- A RN license in the state of requested employment (or eligibility to obtain)
- 1+ years of nursing experience in hospice, home health, ICU, geriatric, or oncology strongly preferred
- Addition, preferred experience to help you be successful in a hospice role: hospital Staff RN, Med Surg, PACU, Float pool, ER or emergency room, critical care, acute care, cardiac, geriatric, admissions, wound care, telemetry or travel nursing
- Current driver's license and automobile insurance
- Current CPR certification
