Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Mental Health Therapist to join our team. As a Therapist at Ellie Mental Health, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse population of clients, utilizing your preferred clinical techniques to assist them in achieving their goals.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct a minimum of 25 client sessions per week, providing individual, couples, and family therapy via a hybrid of in-person and telehealth.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of client sessions using user-friendly platforms and EHR.
  • Utilize creative and innovative approaches to mental health treatment, tailoring your approach to meet the unique needs of each client.
  • Provide excellent customer service to clients and collaborate with a dynamic team to ensure effective and quality care.
  • Participate in clinical staff meetings, trainings, supervision, and community outreach.
Requirements
  • Master's degree or doctorate from an accredited college or university.
  • Valid licensure in the State of Maryland.
  • Effective oral and written communication skills.
